When I went to the farm to pick up veggies from the CSA we share with friends, I walked over to pick a bouquet of flowers. The flower fields were delightfully alive with the motion of cabbagewhite butterflies and buzzing bees. The epicenter was a patch of a flowering herb called "savory." The cabbagewhites darted from flower to flower.
The bees seemed to spend more time at each flower. This bee had its leg pouches full of pollen.
Just looking at them makes me feel more peace.
